Idea one: Sponge bob and Patrick star fall in love
One day deep down in the sea in the town of Bikini Bottom Sponge bob was residing in this pineapple home feeling decisively glum. He found himself flicking through Bikini bottoms local newspaper towards the personal section. “If only” he thought to himself “I could find someone sweet and loving to share my beautiful life with”. Sponge bob had not had too much luck on the dating scene recently he found that the hot female sea life had no interest in a common fry cook for the crusty crab.
Gary sponge bob’s beloved pet slid by but without even his usual “meow” of greeting. Sponge bob let out a cry in despair as big salty tears ran down his face and nestled in his spongy crevices “even Gary doesn’t want to know me!” That's when sponge bob heard a knock at the door and his heart jumped. Walking slowly towards the door his heart beat quickened though he wasn’t sure why.
Opening the front door to his pineapple home he spotted his closest friend Patrick Star residing on his door step. “Patrick” Sponge Bob gasped in awe. His friend Patrick had always been an attractive starfish but today his pink skin was glistening with sultry beauty and his eyes were deep set and mysterious as if there was some intellect hiding behind his googly eyes. Sponge bob was taken aback this was not the type of expression was used to seeing on his goofy goober pal and he felt a weird sensation down in his little square pants.
Sponge bob immediately invited Patrick in for some left over crabby patty he had stored away in his fridge and as they sat next to each other on the couch sponge bob let loose his feelings of loneliness and despair onto Patrick who listened carefully and look deep into his friend’s eyes. “You know sponge bob” he said “you will never be alone” and he took sponge bobs sweaty nervous palm and stroked it and the chemistry felt by both was enough to shock an electric eel.
The noises that came out of the sponge bobs pineapple residence that fateful day was enough to greatly disturb squid ward and any other passerby and as the din rose love grew and the star and sponge where forever more entangled in their deep loving adoration for one another. Soon to follow were the starfish and sponge’s lavish civil union and the continued adoption (Bradgelina style) or children from all different corners of the ocean.
